We fly there about 350 days a year, Ciel d'Afrique is the Balloon Company which flies the most in the world on average.
Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled the day before or on site depending on the conditions, only the Pilots are authorized to make this decision. Ciel d'Afrique has been operating since 1990 and your safety has been and always will be our priority.
Ciel d'Afrique is the ONLY Hot Air Balloon Company authorized to fly in this area. This zone is new, the nature of the relief more marked, the winds and the relative scarcity of the transverse tracks can possibly give rise to a wait which can be important for the 4x4 pursuit vehicles to arrive at the landing point.
Only passengers residing in the Agafay area are eligible to fly on Agafay. 4x4 transport will be provided by Ciel d'Afrique from the camp or place of stay to the activity, pursuit and return.
